TV Music

I seldom watch television programmes these days as I find them too aggravating. One can tune in to what looks like a potentially interesting programme, get quite absorbed and then this awful background music comes on, sometimes Coldplay, Moby, Snow Patrol - you know the sort I mean. It's just there adding nothing to what is being shown on screen and it really bugs me. A good documentary stands alone, it doesn't need extras added. It's nothing to do with the music itself, it's often a tune I quite like but I just don't want it played when I'm watching something.
