Hi, PG from the SOSF here, welcome and don't worry - if you really feel you can't draw or paint, you could do collage, or something textile based - it's up to you! Just enjoy it it. :)

Have received my parcel, the card is wonderful and is now on display. Thank you for the wonderful goodies I will be posting pics this weekend on the blog. Loved the sumptuous royal purple wrapping paper and the way you creatively wrapped the presents. My SOSF parcels went out at the beginning of the week so it will be with you very soon, and because your dogs contributed to the card there is a little something in there for them too.
